Collaborate with Tribes, Pueblos and Nations to fulfill Native representation within the Democratic Party as voting members of the State Central Committee. Work with leaders, communities and organizations to increase civic engagement and participation through voter registration and protection of voter rights. Support the Native American Caucus to build reciprocity and strong partnerships for advocacy and political action, both on and off tribal and pueblo lands.

Reaffirm historic relationships within Hispanic communities in both rural and urban New Mexico by engaging with community leaders and organizations to increase engagement, participation and representation within the Democratic Party. Focus on supporting the Hispanic Caucus to identify targeted goals for increasing outreach to Hispanic voters. Champion policies that promote equity and improve the lives of Hispanic New Mexicans.

Under the umbrella of the state party, offer mentorship, meaningful opportunities for participation, and a pipeline for future leadership. Continue the first-ever paid and for-credit internship program at DPNM.
