Combat the effects of climate change, safeguard America’s natural resources, and protect the quality of our air, water, and land. 

Invest in clean energy to create a sustainable future for New Mexico.

Address inequalities in our healthcare system highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Healthcare is a human right.  Secure high-quality, free and comprehensive healthcare for all New Mexicans. Bring down prescription drug costs.

Defend a woman's healthcare autonomy, including her personal decisions about family planning and abortion. Abortion care is healthcare. Improve access to comprehensive sex education, birth control, reproductive health and family planning centers.

Provide a world-class education for every New Mexican child, from universal early childhood education through debt-free public college/vocational school.

Support funding for education through responsible allocation from NM's Land Grant Permanent Fund.

Fight for economic relief and recovery as we recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. Advocate for an economy that works for everyone and supports fair wages.  Work for diversification within our economic sectors and encourage transition toward a clean energy economy. 

Combat discrimination in all forms and demand equal protection under the law. Protect voting rights and expand access to the ballot box. Fight to eradicate systemic racism and create a fairer, more just state for all New Mexicans. Protect members of LGBTQIA+ community from increased attacks.

Champion comprehensive immigration reform that provides attainable paths to citizenship. Undo the inhumane and cruel immigration policies of the previous administration. Prioritize family reunification.  Recognize the positive impact of New Mexico's immigrant communities on our economy and culture. 

Support public safety initiatives that address the root causes of crime and poverty.  Invest in intervention and treatment for substance abuse and strengthen mental health services. Champion universal background checks for firearm purchases. Reform our criminal justice system to ensure equity and promote community-based alternatives to mass incarceration for nonviolent offenders. 

Fight for clean water, high-speed internet access in every community, and a modernized energy production, storage and transmission system.  Make smart, sustainable Investments in public infrastructure and transportation to expand economic opportunity across New Mexico.
